The 1st Episode of this TV Program covers the details of the professional parties who should be considered as participants in most remodeling projects as well as residential and commercial construction and design. Interviews and information for this Episode are provided by Janet Bussell-Eriksson of Bussell Interiors; a professional interior design firm as well as Michael Taylor, AIA; [www.mtai.net] a professonal architect and Mike Enders of Benttree Custom Homes L.L.C. (928-443-5484); a general contractor with many years of experience in the Prescott area. The "Participants" discuss their work experience and views as to the appropriate time to put your "team" together so that your project will be the most efficent, time saving and cost effective. We will be looking at some actual properties that are currently listed on the market and discuss with the listing realtors the feedback that they are getting from potential buyers. Episode 4: Kitchen and Bath Remodel

Emphasis of this 4th Episode focuses on the benefit of updating Kitchens and Bathrooms as well as other interior finishes such as flooring and paint to transform a patio home that was previously used as a rental property into a private retreat. We interview the homeowner and discuss their toughts and concepts as to what they want to achieve during this remodel. Our cameras will follow the exciting transformation. Episode 5: New Design Products

Join us for a Design Inspired Showroom Event that was hosted by Prescott Floors in conjunction with Bussell Interiors at their local showroom in Prescott. This free event for the public was held on Feb. 3rd, 2011 and Building by Design was there to interview several representatives of national manufacturers regarding their new products which were just introduced at the Las Vegas Furniture Market. This is a great inside peek to new trends, products and ideas for your home. Featured are representatives from Stanton/Royal Carpets, Dal Tile, Stylus Made to Order Sofas, CSI - Custom Surface Innovations, Arizona Woodworking and Golden State Wood Floors. Stay tuned. Episode in Progress: Resourcing the Stone

This is an informative episode which will feature a local manufacturer and supplier of natural stone [3 North Stone in Chino Valley]. We'll tour their yard and manufacturering facility while learning about the different applications and uses of stone in the building industry. We'll also interview a local masonry contractor to discuss some of their techniques regarding the installation and use of natural stone while veiwing some actual installations of the product. We are pleased that we have such an opportunity to show our viewers local resources and talented trades. Stay tuned!
